On September 16th, 2 days after the official Epicology launch, swarms of seriously epic partiers – from Ventura to as far South as San Diego – made the trip to SHARKEEZ in Hermosa Beach for our grand launch party. Even we thought we were crazy throwing this celebration on a Wednesday night, but with over 150 of our closest friends along with the AVP Dancers and Red Bull Girls, it was apparent that the Epicology Launch Party was definitely the place to be. How silly of us to think otherwise.
We took the party-going beach town by storm. While neighboring bars were nothing out of the ordinary on a Wednesday night, lines to get in to our hooplah stretched almost half way down to the pier right up ‘til last call. Sharkeez played a great host thanks to their manager Mike, promotions coordinator Jessica, and the rest of their awesome staff. Hooking us up with a heavily extended Happy Hour, we could not have had a better time.
The bar was flooded with people rockin the brand new Epicology gear – just 2 days after officially launching the site and the online store. Not too bad for the first week of work.
Our boy D.J. D.Rush tore it up – from the second he began spinning, the dance floor was the place to be. As we partied into the night, the Epicology crew continued to spread the love, jumping behind the bar for some guest bartending, hooking up the bartenders with Epicology gear, and raffling off a handful of shirts and hats to the partying crowd throughout the night.
It was seriously an incredible night for us and we hope all of you that managed to come out also had a blast. None of the night’s festivities would have been the same without all your support and we really felt we owed it to all of you to give some love back by bringing you the new “Stack and Save” deal as a way of us saying thanks to all of you and your support for our epic new launch.
